Position Overview
Teddy Morses Daytona Harley-Davidson, part of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Barback for Saints & Sinners Pub located in Destination Daytona.
Responsibilities:- Stock Liquor room and bar(s) with Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Replenish paper goods as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, liquor room, beer coolers, and bars including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and produce based on projections and daily events.
- Provide updated inventory levels at the end of shift.
- Adhere to all state, federal, and local liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Being aware of all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies.
- Perform or coordinate other tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- 1-2 years barback experience desired.
- Excellent guest service and time management skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and lift boxes up to 50 pounds
- Valid TIPS and or ServSafe certification preferred.
