If all of this piques your interest, we’d love to hear from youThe RoleThe Director of Supply Chain is a key leader helping to shape Terabase’s supply chain strategy and procurement process, reporting directly to the COO. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, SCADA, Accounting, and Corporate Operations teams to support developing and delivering products that are transforming how large-scale utility power plants are designed and constructed.Our company is pioneering the future of clean energy infrastructure by shifting 70–80% of solar power plant assembly from the field to factory-based environments through automation, advanced manufacturing, and smart construction techniques. The Director of Supply Chain will be instrumental in ensuring our supply chain strategy is aligned with this operational evolution, including procurement for SCADA systems, industrial components, and factory assembly technologies.Successful candidates will thrive in our unique operating environment and culture: high-growth, innovative, lean, and values-driven. You must be adaptable, resourceful, analytical, proactive, and collaborative, and enjoy excelling in dynamic environments and be committed to decarbonizing the global economy through digital and automation technologies.ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a resilient, scalable supply chain that supports the development, deployment, and operational readiness of our field assembly plants and related technologiesDevelop and execute supply chain strategy to support operational goals, ensuring reliable procurement of components for SCADA systems, industrial controls, motors, actuators, and factory automation equipmentIdentify, qualify, and manage domestic and international vendors, manufacturers, and contract manufacturers—especially for high-tech and precision componentsLead negotiations and manage supplier relationships, including the development of contracts, master service agreements (MSAs), and performance metricsSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) and transition to scalable production, ensuring alignment across engineering, SCADA, and operations teamsDrive ERP system design to support and maximize the procurement and logistics functions.
