Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Quality Management Specialist for a leading organization in the Texas City area. As a QMS Specialist, you will drive quality initiatives, coordinate essential training programs, and ensure rigorous compliance with both regulatory and internal standards. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying a direct-hire position in a thriving on-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee the customer complaint process, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer complaints and provide insights to site leadership.
  • Collaborate with site leadership on root cause investigations (RCI) and track results for trend analysis.
  • Assist in the creation of operating procedures, policies, and forms for the Texas City Complex.
  • Manage a library of control documents, ensuring all employees have easy access.
  • Lead internal and external audit processes to ensure full compliance with site and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, plan, and implement technical training programs for field staff and new employees.
  • Ensure training course materials are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Create innovative training programs for skill enhancement, performance improvement, and career development.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee skills and KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain online training systems, ensuring staff compliance with all training requirements.
  • Conduct and administer training in both classroom and field settings.
  • Track employee progress by maintaining training files, including testing, certification, and demonstration records.
  • Oversee contractor training and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience with Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of root cause investigations and trend analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Advanced proficiency with document control and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking to large groups.
  • Ability to motivate and effectively train others in both classroom and field environments.
