You’ll drive measurable impact, help scale foundational customer success structures, and shape the way EvenUp serves its most strategic clients.What You’ll DoDrive Growth & Retention: Prospect, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contract renewals.Strategic Account Planning: Partner with EvenUp product and executive teams to develop and execute long-term success plans aligned with customer objectives and business outcomes.Own High-Value Accounts: Lead a portfolio of 5-10 key accounts, ensuring they receive personalized, high-touch support and strategic guidance.On-site Client Engagement: Be present with clients at least once a week—build trust, understand evolving goals, and ensure alignment.Outcome-Focused Advocacy: Advocate for customer needs internally, providing insights to Product, Finance, and Engineering to improve offerings and align on goals.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in Strategic Customer Success or Key Account Management, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS startupsAccount Expertise: Proven track record managing a few large, complex accounts with $1M+ in ARR or equivalent scopeConsultative Approach: Skilled at working with every level of the business: executive stakeholders, operations leaders, contributors to understand their goals and deliver outcomesHands-On & Autonomous: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership—without needing constant directionCollaborative & Internal Influence: Excellent cross-functional communication—ensuring customer feedback is woven into product and service enhancementsWeekly Local Travel: Comfortable engaging with regular in-person meetings, drop-ins, trainings within a two hour driveNotice to Candidates:EvenUp has been made aware of fraudulent job postings and unaffiliated third parties posing as our recruiting team – please know that we have no affiliation or connection to these situations.
