ProServe Area Delivery Leader - Security, AWSI Application deadline: Nov 25, 2025. The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for an experienced ProServe Area Delivery Leader (PADL) to join our Shared Delivery Team (SDT). This senior leadership role is responsible for all delivery activities within the Area (single/multi-country or Practice/Industry), ensuring optimal support while maximizing team utilization and revenue performance. You will report to the Geo Delivery Leader serving as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the Area Shared Delivery Team, overseeing Delivery Practice Managers (DPMs) and their teams. Ensure delivery of best‑in‑class solutions for customers and partners, meeting and exceeding satisfaction targets. Drive business development initiatives and provide portfolio guidance and oversight. Collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to identify and define customer business outcomes. Manage the Area P&L, optimizing team growth, performance, and utilization. Serve as an escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams, engaging in pre‑sales, in‑flight projects, and post‑implementation reviews. Basic qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT and/or Management Consulting/Services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience leading cloud transformation projects. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of progressive experience within a Security Consulting team or similar operating environment. 10+ years of enterprise cloud transformation initiatives involving C‑suite executives across industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, and Consumer Packaged Goods. Preferred qualifications Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain C‑level client relationships. Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing trends. Strong people management and performance management skills. Proficiency in financial analysis, contract management, and risk management. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive change. Strategic thinking and decision‑making capabilities in ambiguous environments. Work experience in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and their enterprise applications.
