What You Bring (Qualifications) 1+ years experience in medical malpractice defense litigation. A desire to continue to expand your knowledge and understanding of medical malpractice. Manage aspects of complex legal matters with appropriate supervision. Skills in legal research, analysis, legal drafting and communication in a professional manner with judges, court staff, co-workers and clients. A demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance current client relationships and generate new client relationships. Excellent work habits, including organization, time‑management, and meeting goals as assigned. E‑discovery skills are a plus but an ability to learn this skill quickly is all that is required. Expertise in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of PDF applications. License to practice law in Kentucky. What We Bring A culture with understanding and flexibility.
