Litigation Attorney – Property & Insurance Claims

Location: Lexington, Kentucky | Hybrid / Remote Flexibility (must be able to appear in KY courts)

Compensation: Base + Profit Sharing | OTE $125K–$250K+ (earn for the work you do and the results you deliver)

Client Base: Firm-provided – no business origination required

A respected Tennessee litigation firm is expanding and looking for a Litigation Attorney who's ready to make a real impact representing homeowners and business owners in property and insurance-related disputes.

When insurance carriers delay, underpay, or deny valid claims, this firm steps in to fight for fairness — helping clients recover, rebuild, and move forward after loss. It's hands-on advocacy with purpose, backed by a compensation model that rewards results instead of time.

What You'll Do

  • Manage your own caseload of property damage and insurance claim disputes from intake through resolution
  • Handle pre-suit negotiations, settlements, and occasional litigation as needed
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and empathy
  • Maintain disciplined file management using Filevine or similar case management software
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen systems, efficiency, and client experience
  • As your docket grows, build and lead your own paralegal/support team to match your workload

What You Bring

  • Active Tennessee Bar License (required)
  • 3–10+ years of litigation experience – plaintiff or defense; property, injury, or general civil strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, and proactive in moving cases forward
