Our client is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects within their organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while utilizing the most effective project management methodology. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed IT project plans using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of IT projects.
Ensure that all IT projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, risk management plans, and status reports.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each IT project.
Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
Use and continually develop leadership skills to mentor and guide project team members.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the IT department and overall company objectives.

Preferred Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certification (e.g., ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
Proven experience in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in the relevant industry or sector.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps etc).

Minimum Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related field.
5+ years of IT project management experience with demonstrated proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of IT project management principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to complete IT projects on time and within budget.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
