As our UX Designer, you’ll be the voice of the user across every digital touchpoint, uncovering friction, shaping journeys that convert, and championing insight‑driven decisions that directly shape our business and marketing strategy. This is a role where your ideas genuinely matter. You’ll report directly to the Head of Optimisation, collaborating with our product teams, operations, and our wider digital marketing family. This gives you the autonomy to experiment, influence, and help define the future of how customers interact with Love Business. What You Can Expect to Be Doing You’ll take the lead in shaping and improving our customer‑facing digital experiences, and everything you do will be rooted in data, research, and a deep understanding of user needs. You’ll design and continuously refine our websites, comparison engines, and customer portal, ensuring every interaction feels effortless and reflects our brand. Working together with the wider Marketing team, you’ll also bring our campaigns to life across email, social, paid media and beyond. From benchmarking competitors to maintaining our design systems, and from early‑stage concepts through to sign‑off and QA, you’ll be involved end to end, ensuring every journey is crafted with accuracy, purpose, and care. A Few Things About You You’re a curious creator who puts users at the heart of everything you do. Your portfolio shows how you can take a problem from discovery through to a polished solution, balancing creativity with analytical thinking. You’re skilled in working with UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch, with additional proficiency in Adobe CC or similar design platforms. You also understand how UX and CRO work together to drive business impact. Detail‑oriented, inquisitive, and highly collaborative, you thrive in environments where ideas are shared, tested, and refined. Above all, you’re passionate about designing frictionless, intuitive experiences that make customers’ lives easier, and you’re always exploring the next big thing in UX. You’ll have a minimum of 2+ years’ UX experience (bonus points for lead gen or eCommerce).
