Kavaliro has partnered with a company in Petaluma to seek out an AR Specialist.

Position Responsibilities Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile daily sales, cash, and credit card deposits.
Resolve clients’ billing and payment issues and discrepancies.
Make collection calls, send reminders of invoices due, and update AR aging weekly.
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
Manage credit applications and set up new AR accounts.
Maintain and update client certificate of insurance.
Process vendor invoices and pay vendors via check and ACH as needed.

Position QualificationsExperience in accounts receivable and general accounting.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major in accounting, business administration, or closely related field preferred
Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in the use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to build strong relationships with clients requires
