This role will serve as the primary liaison between Timeline and Live Nation’s centralized HR, Finance, and AP teams ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, financial operations, vendor management, and overall business administration. This individual will play a critical role in supporting both internal teams and external artist clients, driving operational excellence across all facets of the business.What This Role Will DoProvide financial and operational support to the CEOAct as the primary point of contact between Timeline employees and Live Nation HR for employee inquiries, benefits, and policy guidanceManage daily financial operations including receivables reporting, vendor payments, invoicing, and commission tracking by artist/bandProvide monthly financial projections and commission summaries to leadership and managersReview and approve all expenses, including vendor invoices, artist chargebacks, contractor payments, and employee T&E reports; lead annual budgeting and forecasting processesMaintain strong relationships with external business management firms and artist teams to ensure timely financial reporting and paymentsSupport operational needs for artists without business managers, including billing and financial trackingManage contracts and compliance documentationMaintain financial records, artist files, and operational documentationOversee general office administration including IT coordination, equipment ordering, and systems managementWhat This Person Will Bring5+ years of experience in financial operations, business management, or financial operations, preferably within the music, entertainment, or agency industriesStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience managing HRIS systems, preferably WorkdayFinancial acumen including budget tracking, invoicing, billing, and vendor managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, artist-driven environmentHigh level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential informationCollaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solvingProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and financial tracking toolsBenefits & PerksOur motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through our pillars of benefits:HEALTH: Medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family, with access to a health care concierge, and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA)YOURSELF: Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal daysEqual Employment OpportunityWe aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
