Business Development Director (Learning Services) Join to apply for the Business Development Director (Learning Services) role at GP Strategies Corporation Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for driving business growth through new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. This role involves developing and executing business strategies, managing partnerships, exploring new markets, and expanding service lines. The role will operate on a remote basis with travel around the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities Grow regional client/target network with Chief Learning & Talent Executives Grow New Business Talent & Learning opportunity pipeline in partnership with the European Senior Director Talent & Learning Solutions, the European sales team, Corporate Marketing, and in support of Regional Operations Achieve Sales Targets as agreed with the European Senior Director Talent & Learning Solutions Provide sales, account management and new business development skills to the organisation, allowing it to grow business through capture of new clients and to develop opportunities to expand within existing clients Collaborate with Sales and Operational teams from different business units and regions Execute sales development plans and participate in sales and marketing campaigns Plan, organise, write and edit sales proposals Plan, develop and/or participate in client sales pitches and presentations Take the necessary steps to identify client needs and translate those into solutions that meet or exceed sales related targets and objectives Keep an eye on market trends and competition to inform business decisions Skills And Experience Required Professional qualification/Degree or equivalent experience Advanced communication and networking skills Direct experience in Talent & Learning Solutions and execution of learning services Willing to travel internationally Full valid driver’s licence GP Strategies Corporation is one of the world's leading talent transformation providers.
