The Opportunity: The Mastermind Behind a $30M+ Scale-Up This is a rare opportunity to take a proven, 8-figure business and build the marketing engine that will scale it to 9 figures. You will have a significant budget, a world-class brand, a massive audience, and the full support of the leadership team. You will not be a cog in a machine; you will be the architect and driver of the machine. Your challenge is to solve these key problems: 1 How do we convert 3 million followers into 20,000 paying members? 2 How do we build a world-class direct response marketing machine that honors a heart-centered brand? 3 How do we scale our paid advertising from 6 figures to 7 figures per month while maintaining a profitable ROI and do it hands-on, not just through an agency? 4 How do we build a marketing database (email & SMS list) of over 500,000 engaged subscribers? 5 How do we Build Simple Scale able Funnels from A to Z, contact made to purchase and Upsell contacts into our Higher Tier Offerings Solve these problems, and you will be instrumental in building one of the most impactful personal development brands in the world.Who You Are: We are looking for a specific type of leader. This is not a role for a specialist or a manager; it's a role for a full-stack marketing athlete and a killer. You are a data-obsessed direct response marketer. Your love language is data. You speak in terms of CAC, LTV, AOV, and ROI. You are relentless in your pursuit of performance, and you let the numbers tell the story. You are a master of the written word. You believe that world-class copywriting is the single most important skill in business. You can write copy that converts, and you know how to lead a team of writers to do the same. You see funnels in your sleep. You are an expert in architecting, building, and optimizing complex marketing and sales funnels, from low-ticket entry points to high-ticket application funnels. You are a hands-on paid media expert who runs ads yourself. You don't just manage agencies you are in the trenches daily, building campaigns, writing ad copy, analyzing data, and optimizing performance. You have personally managed and executed 7-figure annual ad budgets across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and you know how to drive a profitable ROI at scale. You are fluent in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. You are a builder and an owner. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are given the autonomy to build from the ground up. You take 100% ownership of your results, and you have a deep seated need to win. What You'll Do: The Core Responsibilities Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the entire marketing strategy and execution. Build Our Marketing Database: Architect and execute the strategy to grow our email and SMS list from its current size of 100k to over 500,000 engaged subscribers and beyond. Master the Message & Own the Copy: Oversee all marketing copy, from ad copy and email campaigns to landing pages and VSL scripts, ensuring it is on-brand and relentlessly optimized for conversion. Architect the Funnels: Design, build, and optimize the entire customer journey, including funnels for our $397/year Course Library, our standalone digital courses, Virtual and Live events and our high-ticket programs. Own the Data & Drive the Strategy: Implement a comprehensive marketing dashboard (e.g., Triple Whale) and own all marketing KPIs. Use data to make strategic decisions about budget allocation, campaign optimization, and growth strategy. Run & Scale Paid Media (Hands-On): You will personally build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok. While you may work with an external agency for creative production or additional support, you are the one in the ad accounts daily, making strategic decisions, testing new angles, and driving performance. Your goal is to profitably scale our paid media budget to 7 figures per month with a target 3x+ blended ROI. The Scorecard: How Success Will Be Measured In your first 12-18 months, you will be responsible for hitting the following KPIs: 20,000 Active Course Library Subscribers 500,000+ Engaged Email & SMS Subscribers $15,000,000+ in Marketing-Attributed Revenue 3x+ Blended Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) < $150 Blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) What We Offer A competitive base salary and a significant performance-based bonus structure tied directly to the revenue you generate.
