Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development. Preferred qualifications Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.). Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement, and ad tech solutions. Experience in media management or advertising effectiveness research. Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally. Support team in delivering full funnel measurement strategies and learning agendas. Identify new business opportunities to drive customer outcomes. Coach and inspire the team to focus on the value opportunities. Cultivate, lead, and manage relationships with executive leaders. Lead regular discussions to understand business issues and collaborate with Industry Directors, Heads of Industry, Go-to-Market, and gPS to deliver on measurement and revenue goals. Deliver business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate/optimize business outcomes.
