Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.

As a Hiring Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering full life-cycle recruitment for open positions through sourcing, screening, and preparing applicants for interviews with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience from the initial application to the final onboarding process. Everyday we lean on this position to work closely with our hiring managers and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained, open positions are filled timely, and recruitment plans are developed for difficult to fill jobs. The ideal candidate is comfortable representing our agency to the general public, proactively finding top talent, and welcoming new staff to Hope Community Resources.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; and
Two years of experience in Human Resources; or
Equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience. Experience in full life-cycle hiring and recruiting preferred.
