Call Center Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of handling various tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Resolve customer issues in a professional, timely manner
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information and follow standard operating procedures
- Record customer interactions and update customer accounts in the system
- Meet performance targets for call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
