Collaborate with an ambitious, highly skilled team while leveraging our corporate infrastructure, including: operations, technology, legal, billing, collections, and virtual meetings. Responsibilities B2B sales and new business development for recruiting services. Contract negotiation with prospective clients to secure job requisitions. Account manage and maintain ongoing client relationships. Identify, evaluate, screen, and present top talent to clients. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure successful placement outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience in new client development for full-desk recruitment. Experience using recruitment software. Strong understanding of select industry sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Alignment with Executive Solutions' core values. Ability to work as an independent contractor. United States resident. Executive Solutions pays one of the highest rates in the recruiting industry while providing the corporate-level resources to support your success. Earnings typically range from $75k to $150k annually, with no cap. Your total income is driven by selling recruiting services and making successful placement outcomes.
