The Branch Office Coordinator will support Reading Equipment branch operations by assisting with various functions. Works with the ERP computer systems to update status, invoicing and assists with various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Assist Production and Branch Manager as needed Update Customers on status of units as requested Adjusts order status in ERP Assist with the receiving of vehicles and updating ERP with vehicle receipt dates and details Invoice all customer, inter-company and parts & service orders/shipments Complete vehicle certifications and coordinate delivery of completed units Perform general office work and filing on daily basis to include: processing timecards for payroll; maintaining attendance records and personnel files for hourly employees; update OSHA 300 log; assist with workers compensation reporting as needed; work with designated HR partner to answer employee questions about policies, benefits etc. Order office supplies for the site Maintain Petty Cash Required Credentials High School diploma or GED; Associate Degree in a related field is Preferred One (1) to two (2) years of related job experience Manufacturing industry or background experience preferred What We Offer At Reading Truck, we have more than 65 years of industry leadership in the manufacture, distribution, and enhancement of work truck bodies.
