Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Position: The individual selected for this position will plan, coordinate, and facilitate improvements of services that support administrative and clinical management functions at Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health. This position facilitates the process of planning a systematic, organization-wide approach to training, compliance, and performance. This includes inspection, reporting, analysis, and corrective actions in order to maintain compliance with multiple governing bodies, including Joint Commission, and other supportive functions. Experience in mental health is required. Experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital is preferred.

  • Annual Salary is $61,350.00
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • FLSA Status: Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Completion of a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or other behavioral sciences, nursing, public or business administration or related field AND five (5) years of professional experience in hospital administration or management; nursing; social work; or closely related area, or in a hospital providing direct patient care in one of the following areas:  psychiatric, substance use disorders, or psychiatric crisis services; OR bachelor degree and six (6) years’ experience in the above referenced;  OR Registered Nurse with eight (8) years of experience in the above referenced.  Of the required years of professional experience, two (2) years’ experience must be in a supervisory or management capacity.

Special Requirements:
Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of appointment.  Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.

Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and provides a supportive, safe and welcoming environment in which an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promotes an improved quality of life for consumers and the community. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable.
 
Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-placement Testing:  Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
