As the Inventory Coordinator, you will support the fab’rik inventory management processes including purchase order management, vendor communication, and sample management. This is an entry level position reporting to the Inventory Manager.


This is an in-person role based in Atlanta.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inventory Management
  • Vendor Communication
  • Sample Management
  • Buying Support


INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Create internal PO’s from buyer
  • Ensuring orders delivering on time
  • Manages the Buying lookbook to show stores what is coming weekly
  • Curate linesheets between buys
  • Adding in new skus on an ongoing basis
  • All store facing purchase orders are created and managed weekly


VENDOR COMMUNICATION

Communicating with multiple vendors to confirm new orders; understanding and communicating current order status; communicating sample due dates and return dates


SAMPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for product sample management - receiving, prepping and getting returned
  • Ensure samples are received and prepped in a timely manner for photoshoots


BUYING SUPPORT

  • Attend Quarterly Markets with Buying team
  • Collects notes & style information from vendors at market to support PO writing after markets
  • Participates in style selection in buys, adds creative insight to incorporate must have trends into fab’rik collections at market


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hard working, organized, fashion loving team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong Google Drive skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in apparel merchandising or similar experience
