Childcare Director - Memphis, TN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children.
  • Oversee curriculum planning and staff coordination in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents and the community.
  • Ensure all licensing and regulatory requirements are met.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in early childhood education.
  • Assistant Director experience looking to take the next step into a Director Role
  • Knowledge of Tennessee childcare regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and highly organized.
