As an Early Education Leader at AppleOne, you will oversee daily operations and ensure our programs meet local and federal standards. You will also support and develop our team, building strong relationships with families and the community.
- Develop and implement curriculum planning and staff coordination in compliance with regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve excellence in childcare.
- Maintain strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships.
- Ensure all licensing and regulatory requirements are met, maintaining a compliant and safe environment.
We seek a candidate with 5+ years of experience in early education, including Assistant Director experience looking to take the next step into a Director Role. Knowledge of Tennessee childcare regulations and strong leadership and communication skills are also essential. A friendly, approachable, and highly organized individual who is passionate about education and childcare is ideal for this role.
