You will be tasked with developing and executing marketing and business development strategy, pursuing new opportunities, and establishing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in identifying and qualifying large business development programs within the DoD Intelligence Community.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing and business development strategy for the DOD Force Protection and Security account
  • Pursue new opportunities in mission support, security, engineering, and force protection systems with a focus on cyber security, cloud, and artificial intelligence
  • Responsible for managing and executing the full business development life-cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals
  • Work closely with technology teams and solution architects to develop winning strategies and value propositions

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience with 15+ years relevant experience or a Masters degree with 13+ years of experience
  • Technical degree is a MUST
  • Excellent communication skills, business and technical vision, and the ability to think strategically
  • Proven experience in identifying and qualifying large business development programs within the DoD Intelligence Community
  • Expertise in Force Protection, Security, and Software Development and Integration for DoD customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading people, teams, and programs
  • Secret with Top Secret/SCI eligibility
  • Prior business development experience in any federal market segment
