If you are an Plumbing General Manager that takes pride in the work you do and has a desire to be valued for your contributions to the team then we want to talk to you. We are currently looking for someone to join our team and have a lasting career in construction, be inspired every day, and have fun with their colleagues. If this describes you, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU We need someone with past field expereince that understands the busniess from both perspectives. Someone who is looking to grow and can manage a team of 25-40 employees as well as the P&L. Look for someone to drive growth and new business and someone that knows their way around financial statements and can report to our management team.

Required:
  • Needs commercial plumbing service background, management and business skills
  • 7+ years of Commercial experience
  • High School Diploma or greater
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Must have strong skillset in plumbing products, installation, and mechanical understanding
  • Strong understanding of Plumbing functions
  • Management experince
  • Field Experience
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in contract negotiation
  • Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
