The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the evaluation and treatment of Cardiology patients in an inpatient setting. This will involve taking patient histories, conducting physical examinations, and recording data in the patient's record.
The ideal candidate will also be skilled at writing progress notes, consults, admissions, and discharge summaries, as well as preparing patient workups and ordering diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Additionally, the Inpatient Acute Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will work closely with Physicians and other Cardiology Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative team environment.
