If you’re enthusiastic about working in an environment with a people‑first culture and an organization committed to good living, good food and good service, we’d love to talk to you Primary Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Business Intelligence team responsible for analytics, dashboarding, and reporting. Define and execute the BI strategy in alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives. Partners with department heads and senior leadership to identify opportunities where data insights can drive operational and strategic improvements. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and reports that deliver meaningful and actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all business reporting tools and platforms. Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and visualizations that support executive and operational decision‑making. Establish and maintain standards for reporting, visualization design, and data storytelling. Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of BI projects, balancing strategic initiatives with ongoing operational reporting needs. Collaborate with Process Engineering, Systems, and cross‑functional teams to ensure data pipelines and integrations support analytics goals. Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and leadership. Continuously evaluate tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency and data capability maturity. Develop and monitor performance metrics for the BI team and organizational reporting usage. Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance scalability and value delivery. Other duties and projects as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Proficiency in modern BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases and data modeling concepts. Working knowledge of data warehouse environments, ETL processes and cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Snowflake). Understanding of data governance, master data management and data quality best practices. Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical scripting languages is a plus. Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written. Ability to manage and provide leadership to a team to ensure business goals are met. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated success managing analytics projects from concept to delivery, including stakeholder engagement and change management. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a people leadership or team management role, with proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop analytical talent. Experience working cross‑functionally with business, technical, and executive teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
