Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr
6am-4pm Monday-Thursday (no weekends required)

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Monitoring and maintaining standard cycle times and part quality
• Leading and supporting setup machines for new jobs
• Understanding and communicating information provided within the job packet
• Operating and troubleshooting thermoforming equipment
• Establishing load and process new tools/jobs and documenting the process
• Adhering to and enforcing highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices
• Working directly with plant leadership to develop and execute continuous improvement projects
• Maintaining tools and a clean, orderly work area
• Demonstrating proficient skills with precision measuring equipment
• Having experience with 5S and Lock Out Tag Out preferred

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience operating and troubleshooting thermoforming equipment
• Possess strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Are willing to adhere to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices
• Have experience with 5S and Lock Out Tag Out procedures
