Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avera. As a RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in Dialysis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
    • Implement and evaluate patient care in Dialysis
    • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Care for patients with renal conditions and underlying medical conditions

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota
  • Skills: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, ACLS certification highly recommended

Work Schedule:

  • Hours:
    • Day/Evening Shift: 24 hours every 2 weeks
    • Every other weekend
    • Every other holiday
    • Occasional call time

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $44.25 per hour (dependent on experience)
