The Role The Marketing Content Coordinator position is a part-time role reporting into studio leadership and provides general support across marketing, social media and communications for the San Francisco and Los Angeles studios. ROLE: Marketing Content Coordinator REPORTS TO: Studio Leadership LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - in office 3 days/week) CONTRACT: Part-Time, Non-exempt (less than 30 hours/week) Job Description Coordinating and editing project showcase content video and image assets Editing reels and designing webpages Liaising with artists for any extra shots/re-render requests Upkeep of the central content library (assets: reels, videos, images etc) Liaising with client legal and permissions teams for content sign-off/approval Collaborating with the US PR Manager to create written marketing content Coordinating internal photo/video shoots as needed Ad hoc duties to support the marketing team and the wider business, as required Occasional travel to our Los Angeles office may be required Key Skills & Experience 2-3 years experience with managing and creating marketing content, including editing reels, creating case studies for websites, generating social posts, etc., Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interact with people at all levels Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Excellent time and project management skills Intermediate to advanced knowledge of social media platforms Multitasker, with the ability to adapt quickly A self-starter with a high level of initiative and creativity Intermediate level experience with Wordpress and Premiere Pro Experience with After Effects a plus Photography/Videography skills are a plus YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE US Territory Studio Inc. believes that a diverse workforce makes us a more creative and innovative business.
