Create content that tells small business success stories and highlights customer value.
Collect and publish customer testimonials as part of ongoing brand storytelling.
Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that drives engagement and conversions.
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools, data, and insights to optimize creative output and personalize campaigns.
Creative & Design Execution
Ideate, design, and deliver visually compelling creative assets.
Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Figma to create standout graphics, carousels, and video content.
Incorporate AI-assisted design workflows for faster iteration and brand consistency.
Maintain brand voice and visual identity consistently across all touchpoints.

Performance & Reporting
Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion across all content and campaigns.
Provide regular insights and data-backed recommendations for optimization.
Demonstrate proven conversion rates and ability to connect creative campaigns directly to sales outcomes.
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years in marketing, content, or social media management (or agency equivalent).
Proven success managing multi-channel social media and content campaigns.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling, design skills, and short-form video.
Experience using AI tools to scale content creation and performance.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling ability.
Proficiency with creative/design platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc.).
Highly organized, collaborative, and able to balance strategy with execution.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with SMBs, SaaS, or fintech brands.
Exposure to paid social campaigns and analytics.
Photography, video production, or motion design experience.
Experience launching or growing new brands and online communities.
