Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr As the Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for managing daily warehouse operations and leading the team that supports equipment, materials, and supply distribution for Waffle House. In this role, you will oversee order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, warehouse safety, workflow optimization, and personnel development. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure the warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and consistently throughout the day. The Warehouse Manager is a Support Team role based out of our LaVista Equipment Supply Warehouse in Norcross, GA in the Metro Atlanta area. If you are a career-minded person who values hard work, is passionate about putting people first, and wants to build a meaningful career alongside like-minded people, this is the place for you What We Offer: Health & Wellness Package including medical, dental, vision and life benefits, and health-related activities Employee Assistance Program free to all Associates and their household members Paid time off up to 4 weeks and six paid holidays A strong, unique culture built upon putting people first, showing up and servant leadership Unlimited learning and development opportunities Internal referral program Community involvement and volunteer opportunities Team building activities department and company-wide What you’ll do: Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations, including picking, staging, and shipping Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain uninterrupted product flow Adjust workflows throughout the day to meet changing order volumes and delivery timelines Analyze real-time operational data to identify bottlenecks and make informed decisions Use sound judgment to prioritize tasks under time-sensitive conditions Partner with the Replenishment Manager to support cycle counting and inventory accuracy Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries for equipment, construction materials, supplies, customer service orders, and returns Manage weekly warehouse schedules and assign daily responsibilities Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment in designated responsibility zones Develop and implement warehouse safety policies and procedures Manage warehouse capacity, optimize storage layout, and improve overall efficiency Interview, hire, and train new team members Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required for warehouse operations What we’re looking for: 30-hour OSHA certification Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and commitment to safety Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization Ability to manage and motivate warehouse personnel Experience/Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED 4+ years of warehouse experience Warehouse supervision experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office JD Edwards/AS400 experience preferred Who Are We?
