Print, Apparel, Promo and Fulfillment Company looking for a Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of our warehouse and production environment. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders for production, assisting in fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and staying organized in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory (blank garments, inks, supplies, etc.)
  • Accurately pick and prepare apparel for print jobs according to work orders
  • Sort, fold, and package finished products for shipping or customer pickup
  • Assist in staging items for screen printing and embroidery departments
  • Maintain organization of inventory shelves, workstations, and storage areas
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation
  • Load/unload delivery trucks and handle freight as needed
  • Operate pallet jacks or other equipment safely (training provided)
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Communicate with production and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse or Production Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
