SNI Financial has partnered with an alternative investment firm managing over $7.5 billion in assets and is seeking a Tax Manager to join its Dallas headquarters. This role is part of a high‑visibility tax team responsible for compliance and consulting across funds, management companies, and partners. The firm offers a collaborative culture, exposure to complex tax matters, and strong long‑term growth potential. You’ll play a key role in managing complex U.S. and international tax compliance and consulting for funds, management companies, and firm partners, all while gaining visibility across senior leadership and opportunities for long‑term growth. What You’ll Do Lead and review tax compliance for funds, management companies, and partners Advise on cross‑border tax matters and investment structures Manage 1099 and 1042 reporting and monitor ASC 740 tax exposure Collaborate with accounting and reporting teams to streamline data and processes Partner with senior leaders and external advisors on complex tax planning initiatives What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (GPA 3.5+) CPA required 10‑12 years of experience, including time with a large public accounting firm, and experience with financial services clients Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to continuously improve processes Join a firm where exceptional people thrive, collaboration is encouraged, and your impact is seen.
