Responsibilities include managing tax compliance, delivering tax planning strategies, developing strong client relationships, and coaching staff. Responsibilities Lead primary client relationships and provide high-quality tax compliance and advisory services. Proactively manage tax compliance and advisory for clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Assist in practice development: attract and serve new clients, expand services to existing ones. Recruit and retain additional team members. Review complex tax returns and deliver value-added tax planning ideas. Candidate Expertise High net worth individuals – personal tax returns, trust returns, gift & estate planning. Privately held businesses – partnerships, S Corporations, and C Corporations. Private equity backed portfolio companies. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience (consulting, research, planning). Minimum of 2 years supervising multiple direct reports and reviewing work product. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting. Active CPA license. Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
