Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Spa Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty and wellness industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Medical Spa Practice Manager in daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and client relations.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct staff training and development to ensure high performance and compliance with spa policies and procedures.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
