Sales Account Executive (Professional Skincare) Director of Distributor Sales at Repechage – a professional skin care company with 45 years of experience in the global market. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual with a client base in the professional space such as salons, resorts, and med‑spas. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and leads using our CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products or services to clients. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, with a portfolio of clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the professional beauty industry.
