Third Party Risk Management & Governance Senior

Duration: 6 months

Location: Onsite (Hybrid) in McLean, VA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Years of experience: 5+

Must Haves: Prior experience building controlled risk response, process control design, Risk management experience, experience with GSE (Government Sponsored Enterprise), Third Party/Fourth Party Risk Governance (Seller/Servicer Preferred), Independent worker and self-starter.


Preferred: Internal Audit


Overview:

Facilitating timely remediation of gaps and issues related to third party risk management.
Developing, reporting and monitoring KRIs, critical metrics and KCIs related to third party risk management and oversight.
Updating and maintaining documentation (including procedures, policies, flowcharts, and inventories) in support of third-party risk management.

Qualifications:

5+ years of related professional experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience assessing operational risk (Third/Fourth Party Knowledge) and internal control environments (RCSA Knowledge).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple assignments.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of secondary mortgage market OR GSE business a plus.
