Base pay range $25.00/hr - $29.13/hr We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Service Desk Administrator to support and maintain our corporate IT environment. This role is responsible for providing technical support to employees, managing endpoint devices, and administering enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Intune. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment working across a broad range of technologies. Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities Administer and manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Groups, Calendar, etc.), including user accounts, security policies, and organizational settings. Support and manage Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) environments. Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, app deployment, and remote support. Deliver high-quality customer service to internal users with timely updates and resolutions for IT issues or inquiries. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices. Provide onboarding and offboarding support, including user account setup, permissions, and hardware provisioning. Enforce security policies across systems and endpoints in coordination with the Information Security team. Support the implementation of MFA, SSO, device encryption, and other access control measures. Maintain the confidentiality of company trade secrets and other sensitive information, including IT configurations, security measures, customer information, and sales data. Ensure company assets are maintained responsibly and recommend risk mitigation solutions to management as appropriate. Maintain and track inventory of IT assets, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and software licenses. Perform regular audits of user access and device status. Document IT procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides. Manage technical projects to completion, collaborating with internal stakeholders and regularly communicating progress to management. Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. Assist in evaluating and implementing new IT tools and services. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Complete projects and assignments on time. Perform other related duties as assigned. Participates in job-related training and continuing education. Maintains punctuality and regular and reliable attendance. Maintains a positive and productive work environment. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3+ years of experience in a help desk administrator role. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google Workspace Admin, or Microsoft certifications preferred. Hands-on experience with the Google Workspace Admin Console. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and associated services. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune (or similar MDM) for endpoint management. Familiarity with macOS device management. Working knowledge of identity and access management systems (e.g., Google Identity, Active Directory). Basic networking knowledge (ISPs, firewalls, routers). Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively with team members to resolve issues and implement new projects. Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional weekends or holidays. Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, use ladders, bend, stoop, and operate hand tools.
