As an Account Executive, you will work to use the resources provided by Freight Flex and your sales experience to grow and develop a book of business.

We are looking for candidates that are local to the Charleston, SC area who can work onsite 4 days per week. Come join our rapidly growing team

What You’ll Do:

Work to close new business for the company through inside and outside sales.
Grow new and existing accounts using our processes and your own customer service methods.
Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination. Handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
Collaborate with your team members and external partners to ensure the success of the shipment life cycle.
Step in to fill gaps in the process or implement improved processes as needed.

What We Look For:

1+ years of logistics experience
2+ years of sales experience
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
