We’re currently seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our legal and compliance team in Cottage Grove, WI. This pivotal role supports the entire legal operations spectrum—contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property. What You’ll Do: Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, vendor contracts, etc.) Maintain and improve our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes Support entity management and board documentation Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance with healthcare laws Help manage intellectual property portfolios and related agreements Partner with cross-functional teams and external counsel on legal and compliance matters Who You Are: 4+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal (healthcare or life sciences preferred) Bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience) Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with NetSuite or similar systems Experienced with CLM tools and legal databases Detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative Interested in leveraging AI-assisted legal tools and emerging tech Why Join Us?
