Verdantas is seeking a talented Geotechnical Engineer II to contribute to geotechnical investigations, design, and analysis for a variety of infrastructure and development projects. The role requires a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. What You'll Do Assist in the investigation and design of earthen structures and roadways Collect and help interpret data through research, file reviews, field observations and measurements, field testing, and other methods Assist in preparing detailed plans, technical specifications, and reports Perform computations and process data using computer software or other established methods Observe and document field activities and prepare construction documentation reports Assist in preparing cost estimates for design implementation Perform site inspections under the supervision of senior engineers Demonstrate strong technical writing and communication skills What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution with a focus on geotechnical engineering 2-5 years of relevant work experience CAD experience a plus Strong calculation skills preferred The ability to interpret work plans Salary Range $80,000–$92,000 Benefits Flexible Work Environment Paid Parental Leave Medical Dental Vision Life and AD&D Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off + Holidays Verdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
