This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that make a real impact on communities and the environment. As part of our collaborative and innovative team, you will contribute to geotechnical investigations, design, and analysis for a variety of infrastructure and development projects. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. What You'll Do:* Assist in the investigation and design of earthen structures and roadways* Collect and help interpret data through research, file reviews, field observations and measurements, field testing, and other methods* Assist in preparing detailed plans, technical specifications, and reports* Perform computations and process data using computer software or other established methods* Observe and document field activities and prepare construction documentation reports* Assist in preparing cost estimates for design implementation* Perform site inspections under the supervision of senior engineers* Demonstrate strong technical writing and communication skillsWhat You'll Bring:* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited Institution with a focus on geotechnical engineering* 2-5 years of relevant work experience* CAD experience a plus* Strong calculation skills preferred* The ability to interpret work plans**Salary Range:**$80,000-$92,000**Benefits:*** Flexible Work Environment* Paid Parental Leave* Medical* Dental* Vision* Life and AD&D Insurance* Short-Term and Long-Term Disability* 401(k) with Company Match* Paid Time Off + Holidays*Verdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
