This role is pivotal in coordinating care for Medi‑Cal members with complex needs, ensuring services are person‑centered, culturally responsive, and integrated across health systems. You’ll guide a team of Lead Care Managers, build out program infrastructure, and serve as a key liaison with Managed Care Plans and our third‑party administrator.About AspiranetFounded in 1975, Aspiranet is a California‑based nonprofit serving children, youth, and families through six core divisions. Our holistic approach supports healing, growth, and opportunity across communities statewide.Position SummaryThe Program Director maintains operational, fiscal, and programmatic oversight of one or more core programs, including CALAIM services. This includes leading strategic planning, supervising Lead Care Managers, and ensuring contract compliance and quality standards.
