•Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and business analyses for management review.
- Lead the budgeting process, working with department heads to prepare and manage budgets.
- Provide financial projections and forecasts, tracking actual performance against budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax laws.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing all necessary documentation.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and implement financial control systems to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in long-term financial planning and strategy development.
- Provide recommendations for business expansion, investments, and other financial opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
