What you will be responsible for
  • Serve as an advisor to the Heads of Agency Lending, Prime Services and Secured Financing
  • Define and drive strategy to effect material growth for all business lines
  • Develop new performance metrics to benchmark the business and clients
  • Empower Client Management and Trading with portfolio analytics and optimization tools
  • Find opportunities to improve market share through monthly market and peer analysis
  • Build and maintain revenue and resource forecasting tools, including sensitivities
  • Oversee quarterly and annual financial planning in collaboration with Markets CFO and Investor Relations
  • Develop and track OKRs by business and for Financing Solutions overall

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting (structured problem solving) required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
