Employer Industry: Data Integration Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $181,280 OTE (On Target Earnings) Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization 100% employer-paid medical insurance Generous paid time-off policy (PTO), including parental leave and volunteer days off Access to innovative mental health support resources Dynamic and inclusive company culture with team-building activities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to uncover additional use cases for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction and growth What is Required (Qualifications): Enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape, focusing on solution-based selling Proven ability to drive revenue growth within existing accounts Strong organizational skills for executing long-term strategic account plans How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with data integration, databases, ETL, or business intelligence technologies is a strong plus High energy and enthusiasm with a customer-first mentality Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
