We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oracle EBS SCM Developer to join our team in support of a critical project. This is a high-priority, on-site role focusing on the implementation and enhancement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Supply Chain Planning, specifically Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). The project work is confirmed and funded. Start Date: December 1, 2025 Duration: 9 months (through August 2026), Likely Extension Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site Required Monday through Thursday) Responsibilities Full Solution Cycle Implementation: Drive project tasks across all phases, including Requirements Gathering, Technical Specification Development, Architecture, Design, Development, Integration Development, Report Development, System Integration Testing, Documentation, and Stabilization Support. SCM Modeling: Define and configure the extended supply chain structure, including organizations, items, bills of material, routings, resources, and calendars. Data Collections: Manage the process of extracting transaction and reference data from Oracle EBS (or other source systems) and loading it into the planning server database for ASCP utilization. Demand Integration: Configure and manage inputs from various sources, such as sales orders, forecasts (e.g., Oracle Demantra), and safety stock (e.g., Inventory Optimization). Sourcing and Supplier Management: Define and apply sourcing rules (internal transfer vs. external supplier) and incorporate supplier capacity constraints within the planning solution. Qualifications Full Life-Cycle Implementation Expertise: Proven hands‑on experience across the entire solution implementation cycle for Oracle EBS SCM/Planning. Expert PL/SQL Development Skills: Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL development for customization, reporting, and integration within Oracle EBS. Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Deep Knowledge: Specific, in-depth experience with key ASCP components: Collections, Supply Chain Modeling, Demand and Sourcing Integration. Highly Desired (Homerun) Experience Experience supporting multiple manufacturing methods including discrete, flow, project, and process manufacturing.
