Job Overview / Summary We are seeking a Medical Affairs Consultant to provide strategic and operational support to clients in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. This role involves managing projects building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client engagements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management analytical and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative fast-paced consulting environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with customers consulting staff managers and internal support teams. Manage project responsibilities proactively to ensure milestones and objectives are met efficiently. Adapt quickly to changing priorities to achieve goals and deadlines. Understand project roles responsibilities and their impact on broader contracts and statements of work. Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of project execution. Support project management and leadership in developing project deliverables and maintaining customer relationships. Participate actively in company-sponsored events professional development opportunities and practice initiatives. Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements across teams. Primary Skills Strong project management and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and quality. Secondary Skills (Good to Have) Experience with research data analysis and presentation preparation. Knowledge of medical affairs or biopharmaceutical consulting practices. Team leadership or mentoring experience. Qualifications Bachelors degree required. Experience in consulting and / or biopharmaceutical industries. Proven experience in research data processing and quality analysis. Strong presentation facilitation and written communication skills.
