Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.Sales Representative Remote High CommissionMust be authorized to work in the US, no work visas offered at this timeOrganization Description:We are searching for Insurance Sales Representatives whom we can train to become a Manager and lead in select regions within the next year.There has never been a better time to have complete control of your schedule with the ability to meet with clients virtually, over the phone, or in person.Benefits include:No safety net, and no ceilingYour income potential is uncappedFully RemoteThis is a commission only based sales position plus bonusesEarn up to 20% cash bonus on placed businessEarn a 15% raise in your first three months (5%/month)Raises available every two months based on your work, not a boss's discretionAgents sell anywhere from 2 to 8 sales per week (depending on part-time / full-time status)Responsibilities:Setting appointments: We schedule our own appointments with families who have requested more information regarding coverageRun the appointment: Build a trusting relationship, ask curious questions, show affordable options and protect the family using a wide variety of coverage options from some of the top A-rated companies in the industryManage your activity, applications, and mindsetParticipate in team meetings and attend one annual conference, mostly via zoomRequirements:You will need a life insurance license for your stateYou will need a reliable computer and internet connectionSelf DisciplineA willingness to grow yourself personallyA place to set and achieve goals with a team that believes in success by putting relationships firstSupport to grow yourself into a leader worth followingNo agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
