*Job Description:* As a Commission Client Adviser at Genesis of Ridgefield, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in purchasing a new or pre-owned Genesis vehicle. You will be the face of our dealership, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and informative and leads to a successful sale.

*Key Responsibilities:*



* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Understand and communicate the features and benefits of Genesis vehicles.

* Conducted test drives and followed up with potential customers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

* Maintain an organized and presentable sales area.

* Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.

* Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.


*Qualifications:*



* A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

* Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
